| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了灌装压盖机自动控制系统,应用PLC和变频调速技术实现了根据瓶流对生产速度的自动控制,并通过PLC的中间继电器的移位模拟高速旋转中的瓶子的机械位置,实现了灌装自动控制.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the automatic control filler and sealer system. To realize automatic controlling production rate according to bottle flow,this system applies PLC and frequency control technique. And to realize automatic filling,this system simulates bottle mechanical position in high-speed rotation through intermediate relay shifting in PLC. |
