摘    要:带有直线与曲线滑道的连杆式抓瓶机械是一种应用在瓶装饮料灌装线上的新型装箱卸箱机械手装置。本文运用基本杆组子程序对其机构进行了较完整的运动学分析和计算机的动态模拟显示。在运动分析的基础上,完成了机构手机构的优化设计。所得的优化结果对改善机器的动态性能具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:The linkage manipulator with the fixed straight and curve slide is a new model of the imported encasing/uncasing machine which has been employed in automatic bottle-filling line for drink. This paper has overally explored kinematics of this mechnaism based upon the basic sets of bar subprograms, and completed its motive imitation display on the screen. Subsequently optimum design for the new mechanism is micro-computerizedly done after on effective optimization program is developed. The results we obtain are of practical significance for an improvement on the dynamic performance of the mechanism.
