| Abstract: | In this paper, harmonic balance method and successive approximationalgorithm are applied to solve the problem for unblanced short circuitsof snchronous machines with damper windings. The mathematical expres-sion of transient currents in every winding after suddenly line-to-line shortcircuit is given. |
