| 摘 要： | 介绍了现代高产梳机提高产量，改善生条质量的主要技术措施－高速梳理技术，主要有提高刺辊，锡林速度，改善刺辊部分握持分梳与锡林～盖板部分自由分梳作用，增加附加分梳元件，采用０．５６ｍｍ小踵趾差盖板，盖板及转与棉网清洁器，并对所采取的措施进行剖析。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces and analyses some main technical measures of increasing output and improving card sliver quality on modern high output cards,i.e,to use high speed carding technology(main is to increase the speed of licker in and cylinder),to improve the gripping carding action on licker in and free carding action between cylinder and flat,to add additional carding device,to use small heel difference(0.56mm) flat,to reverse the flat and to use the cotton fleece cleaner. |
