电化学法去除水中酸性嫩黄2G的研究

摘    要:对电化学法去除水中酸性嫩黄2G进行了试验研究,初步探讨了其去除机理,并对影响去除效果的各种要素进行了反应器正交试验,从而确定了最佳运行条件为电流强度0.4A、电解时间6h、极板间距25mm。结果表明,该反应器有较高的CODCr去除率(30.6%),并能提高水样的可生化性。

Abstract:Electrochemical removal of acid flavine 2G in wastewater was researched experimentally.The removal mechanism was discussed preliminarily and the influencing factors were investigated by orthogonal experiments.The obtained best operating parameters were:current intensity 0.4 A,electrolytic time 6 h and electrode distance 25 mm.The results indicated that this process can remove COD_ Cr efficiently(30.6%)and also the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved.
