| 摘 要： | 阐述了利用力控组态软件PCAuto5.0对汽车发动机冷却水系统温度传感器进行自动化检测的设计与实现.考虑到组态软件对采集时间的限制,利用VB对USB2016采集卡进行控制,通过DDE的方式实现VB与组态软件数据通信.系统利用PCAuto5.0提供的标准控件,实现了动态加载并更新数据库.该系统在现场运行状态良好,可以推广到类似的项目开发中. |

| Abstract: | This paper presents the design and realization of automatic examination in the temperature transducer-testing platform which is used for automobile engines based on PCAuto5.0. In this system, VB program can control USB2016 to collect the data and output control signal because PCAuto5. 0 limits the collecting time, And the communications between VB and PCAuto can be realized by DDE method. The system can add and replace database through the standard control provided by PCAuto5. 0. It runs well in the work scene and can be extended to other items. |
