吴江市农村联圩现状及管理对策研究

吴江地处太湖下游,境内河道纵横,湖泊星罗棋布,水面率高,是江南典型的水网圩区。为了保障安全,吴江所有低洼圩区都建设了联圩工程。随着经济社会的迅速发展,联圩的建设和管理体制暴露了若干问题。本文针对这些问题,从管理机制、建设投入等方面提出了对策建议。

Study of Wujiang Rural Dyke Status and Management Strategies

Wujiang is located on downstream part of Taihu Lake. Rivers are distributed in the area vertically and transversely, and lakes are scattered with high water surface rate, which belong to typical southern water net dyke. All low dykes are equipped with dyke connection projects in order to ensure safety. There are several problems in dyke construction and management systems with rapid economic and social development. Countermeasures are proposed in the paper aiming at the problems from the aspects of management mechanism, construction investment and other aspects.
