摘    要:针对华电能源股份有限公司哈尔滨第三发电厂(简称哈三电厂)二期工程2×600 MW机组脱硫系统运行维护成本偏高的问题,介绍了该厂2台机组烟气脱硫系统现状,分析了影响脱硫系统运行维护成本的各项因素,并提出了脱硫系统运行方式优化的原则和具体措施.实践证明,对脱硫系统运行方式进行优化能够保证脱硫系统的脱硫效率,使脱硫系统多项经济指标优于设计值.

Abstract:Aiming at the relatively high operation and maintenance cost of the desulphurization system of 2 × 600 MW unit in Huadian Energy Harbin No. 3 Power Plant, this paper introduces the current situation of the flue gas desulphurization system of the two units, analyzes the factors influencing their operation and maintenance cost, and proposes the optimization principle and specific measures of operation mode of the system. The practice proves that the optimization is able to guarantee the efficiency of desulphurization, which enables the economic indexes superior to the design value.
