炭砂滤池新旧滤料的对比分析

摘    要:对清泰水厂更换过的粒度为8×20目柱状破碎炭的6#炭砂滤池进行研究,分析和总结其工艺去除率和炭砂滤池运行参数,探讨深层取样方法。结果表明:新活性炭滤料水质去除率良好,耗氧量约55.7%,浊度约99.7%,氨氮约86%,亚硝酸盐约97%;粒度为8×20目的煤质柱状活性炭比8×30的颗粒活性炭跑炭更少,细颗粒所占比例也更少;实际运行中,活性炭滤料高度在175~177 cm更为合理。

Abstract:The 6#activated carbon sand filter with the particle size of 8×20 meshes columned crushed carbon in Qingtai Water treatment Plant was studied.Removal rate of the process and operating parameters of carbon sand filter were analyzed and summarized.Besides,method of sampling filtering material from lower layer was discussed.The results showed that new activated carbon filter material had good removal efficiency,oxygen consumption was about 55.7%,turbidity was about 99.7%,ammonia nitrogen was about 86%,and nitrite was about 97%.As comparison of the amount of carbon particletes carried out of the filter by washing water,carbon of 8×30 mesh was more than carbon of 8×20 mesh,and the proportion of fine particles was less.In actual operation,filtering layer thickness of 165~177 cm was more reasonable.
