聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜的性能调控

摘    要:介绍了界面聚合法聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜的制备,探究了反应前烘燥及水相单体混入氨基酸对膜性能的影响。界面聚合前增加烘燥过程,复合膜的盐截留率提高,分离层与基膜间界面结合状态更好。水相单体中混入适量赖氨酸或丝氨酸,复合纳滤膜水通量增大,盐截留率略有降低;氨基酸含量超过40%,复合膜截留明显降低;丝氨酸对复合膜性能的影响比赖氨酸更加明显。扫描电镜观察发现,氨基酸的引入使复合膜的表面粗糙度和致密性略有降低。

Abstract:Preparation of polypiperazine-amide composite nanofiltration(NF) membranes by interfacial polymerization method was introduced. And effect of the drying before reaction and amino acid in aqueous monomer on membrane performance was investigated. With the drying before reaction, the rejection of composite membranes was improved, interfacial bonding state between reactive layer and substrate membrane became better. With appropriate blending of lysine or serine in aqueous monomer, water flux of composite membrane increased and salt rejection deceased slightly. When amino acid content exceeded 40%, the rejection deceased obviously. The effect of serine on composite membrane performance was more obvious than that of lysine. Scanning electron microscope result showed that the blending of amino acid resulted in slight decrease of roughness and densification of membrane surface.
