摘    要:
自动发电控制(AGC)技术是维持电力系统发电与负荷实时平衡,保证电力系统频率质量和安全运行的重要技术手段。论述了华东电力系统应用AGC技术所采用的控制性能评价标准,以及推广AGC控制技术的应用所采取的技术措施;总结了华东电力系统应用AGC技术取得的成效,并讨论了存在的问题及改进方向。

Abstract:
Automatic Generation Control (AGC) technology is an important technical method to maintain the real-time balance between power generation and loads of the electric power system, as well as to guarantee the frequency quality and safety operation of the electric power system. The control performance assessment standard adopted in AGC technology application in the East China electric power system and the technical measures adopted for promoting the application of the AGC control technology were expatiated. The achievements in applying AGC technology in the East China electric power system were summarized and the existing problems and the improvement orientation were also discussed.
