某铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:该铅锌矿为深度氧化矿石,其中铅的氧化率达38%,锌的氧化率达49%,众所周知,铅锌的氧化矿物较难回收利用,试验表明采用优先浮选铅再浮选锌的浮选工艺,流程合理,技术指标较高,闭路试验可获得含铅大于70%、锌小于3%的高质量硫化铅精矿,含锌大于53%、铅小于1%的硫化锌精矿,达到铅锌分离的目的。硫化铅浮选尾矿经浮选脱除氧化铅,以降低锌入选原料的含铅量,为降低锌精矿中铅的含量创造了条件;氧化锌采用重选回收,工艺可行。

RESEARCH ON MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY FOR ACERATION LEAD-ZINC ORE

Abstract:The lead-zinc ore was deeply oxided, the oxidate rate of lead was 38%, zinc's was 49% in the ore. As everyone knows, the oxidate ore of lead-zinc is very difficult to recover utilized. The test shows that when a technological process of floatation separation by preferential separation lead after separation zinc the floatation circuit is reasonable and technical target more good. The results from closed circuit floatation test are: the lead concentrate grade more 70% content zinc smaller than 3%, zinc concentrate grade more 53% content lead smaller than 1%, achieve the goal of separation lead-zinc. The floatation tailing of lead sulfide is selected to be remove oxidate lead and reduce lead content in the zinc's selected raw material and in order to reduce the lead content in zinc concentrate. Oxidate zinc is recovered by gravity concentration, technology is practicable.
