一种高功率因数单级PFC变换器的研究

摘    要:针对传统LED驱动电源功率因数较低的问题,将单级PFC变换器和双管正激式DC/DC变换器结合在一起,提出了一种双管正激式单级PFC变换器电路结构。该变换器共用输入端主开关管、续流二极管,在同一套控制电路作用下,既有Boost型PFC功能,又符合双管正激式变换器拓扑结构,大大简化了电路结构。实验样机测试结果表明,该变换器能够实现高输入功率因数和高变换效率,具有结构简单、控制容易、成本低廉等优点,适用于用做中小功率LED驱动电源。

Abstract:In view of the low power factor of traditional LED drive power, introduces a novel single-stage PFC converter which combined a PFC stage and a two-transistor forward DC/DC converter into one stage with shared input switch and the freewheeling diode. Under the same controller circuit, it has the function of Boost PFC and conforms to the two-transistor forward topological structure, greatly simplifying the circuit structure. The detected result for the experimental prototype shows that the converter achieves high input power factor and high converting efficiency with advantages of simple structure, easy operation and less cost, and is suitable for small and medium power LED driver.
