摘    要:
巴氏杀菌低脂高纤牛奶是根据中老年人群的生理特点,合理调配多种维生素、矿物质、增加膳食纤维、降低牛奶中的脂肪含量,采用合理的巴氏杀菌生产工艺,最大程度的保证产品的营养物质,该产品具有口感佳、产品稳定性好、营养物质高等特点。

Abstract:
pasteurized l is added properly to all kinds of vitamins and minerals ,and it is added to food dietary fiber and lower the fat conte nt of milk according to the physical c haracter of the middle -aged and old people.the process adopts properly pasteurized production process ,so it can reserve the nourishment of product to the full extent .the product have a lot of features such as good t aste high product stabilization and high nounrishment etc.
