| 摘 要： | 以某发动机厂装配生产车间为背景．讨论了面向订单生产(MTO)方式下流水线装配生产计划过程中的时间处理。以生产任务为装配生产的基本处理单元，用时区表示生产任务对生产时间的需求，以时区分析为基础，给出了生产能力分析和时间安排的方法。该方法具有可调节性好和可控制性强的特点，在应用中取得了良好的效果。

Time Interval Analysis for the Production Planning of Assembly Line Shop |

| Abstract: | Considering the practical situations of an engine assembly shop, this paper presented a time disposal method for the production scheduling in the mode of make-to-order. During the disposal of the scheduling, tasks were the elementary cells, and time interval was the necessary time for the task. Based on time interval analysis, this paper presented the analysis of production capacity and the production time planning, which makes production planning more adjustable and more controllable. Consequently, upstanding effects have been made in practice. |
