| 摘 要： | 成功的PDM实施在很大程度上取决于实施目标，实施方法和实施过程。本文对中小企业PDM的实施路线，实施过程和方法进行研究，总结出与当前我国大部分中小企业信息化过程中相适应的PDM实施流程、路线、过程事项等，对提高项目成功率，以及企业的项目规划都具有很好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | A successful implementation of PDM in enterprise mostly lies on the goals of implementation, the methods of implementation and the procedure of implementation. The author studies implementary course, implementary procedure and methods of PDM system in small-medium scale manufacturing enterprises, thereby generalizes a set of implementary flow, course and process points of PDM which adapt to information process in main small-medium scale enterprises of China now. This paper is significant to use for reference on increasing successful rate of PDM project and forming favorable project programming of enterprise. |
