| 摘 要： | 通过对车辆监控系统总体功能和体系结构的分析,提出了一种基于CAPS/WebGIS的车辆监控系统,向用户提供了一个集车辆信息查询、实时监控和车辆管理于一体的多功能应用平台,实现车辆有效调度和安全监控.实际测试结果表明,该系统具有较好的实用性.

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of overall function and system architecture of the vehicle monitoring system,a vehicle monitoring system based on CAPS/WebGIS was proposed.This system provides users a multifunctional application platform with vehicle information query,real-time monitoring and vehicle management to achieve an effective scheduling and security monitoring.The actual test results also show that the system has a good practicability. |
