小量、半微量化改进有机化学实验的研究

摘    要:通过介绍利用小量、半微量法来进行偶氮化合物的有机合成和天然产物的提取两个实验过程,研究比较了小量、半微量化改进有机化学实验与传统常量实验的差异。节约了化学试剂和药品,降低了环境污染,改善了实验环境。在有机化学实验课程小量、半微量化的教学实践和探索方面取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:By introducing the small-Kale and semi-microscale method to synthesize azo compounds and to extract natural product, two experiments are studied in this paper. Differences of small-scale, semi-microscale technology and the traditionally normal-scale one in organic chemistry experiment are compared. The former technology saved chemical reagents and drugs, reduced environmental pollution and improved the experimental environment, The Small-scale and Semi-microscale Organic Chemistry Experiment Teaching method has achieved good results.
