海口市建筑废弃物处置系统优化研究

摘    要:建筑废弃物资源化处置是实现建筑业可持续发展的必要途径之一。建立建筑废弃物资源化处置系统需从可持续发展的角度出发,综合实现该处置系统的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。从经济、环境和社会的角度探讨了海口市建筑废弃物资源化处置设施的优化选址,建筑废弃物移动式中转站的选址及收集运输线路的优化问题,建立了以建筑废弃物处置中心为终端,移动式中转站为节点,收集运输线路为网络的建筑废弃物收集处置系统。以期能为实现海口市及类似城市范围内的建筑废弃物统一调度管理及处置提供借鉴。

Abstract:Construction and demolition wastes utilization provides a new perspective to the sustainable development. The establishment of CD wastes recycling and disposal system should conform to the sustainable idea,concentrating on gaining the harmony relationship among the economic,environment and the society. The paper integrated the three objectives in selecting the reasonable location of the wastes disposal facility and the temporary transfer station,as well as optimizing the wastes transport routes in HAIKOU city. Finally a special inverse logistic network is set up, where "terminal" is the wastes disposal facility,"node" is the transfer station and the routes are as the "network connections". It is expected the results of the paper are used for references in the CD wastes management and deposit in HAIKOU and other similar cities.
