硫酸盐及钼中毒对绵羊骨骼机械性能特性的影响

摘    要:
绵羊20只,随机分成五个组,对照组不投钼,四个处理组,其中A组投钼60mg/Kg体重/天;B组投钼30mg/Kg体重/天;C组投钼15mg/Kg体重/天;D组投(15mg钼+7g硫酸盐)/Kg体重/天。连续投钼150天后将绵羊捕杀,取新鲜骨骼用极普法测定钼含量,用KMnO_4滴定法测试骨骼的铜、镁等微量元素的含量,还测定了血清碱性磷酸酶含量。采用扭转和冲击试验方法,测试了肱骨的扭转剪应力、蹠骨的冲击韧性等机械性能指标。数据经计算机处理,对硫及钼中毒对绵羊骨骼机械性能等特性的影响进行定量分析和定性讨论。

Abstract:
After dividing twenty sheeps into five groups at random, one of the groups was taken as contrasting and the others as treating groups. The former was not fed with Mo. But among the treating groups: group A was given 60 mg of Mo per kg of sheep weight each day, group B 30 mg, group C 15 mg, and group D 15 mg of Mo plus additional 7 g of sulphuric salt. Through 150 days of continuous feeding Mo, the sheeps were killed to provide fresh femoral bones to be determined Mo content with polarogram. By KMnO4 titration, the content of the trace elements, such as Cu+ and Mg+ etc., in the humerus could be determined in each group. In ax addition, the content of the serum AKP was determined as well. With the methods of torsion test and impact test, the mechanical property indexes, such as the torsion stress of the humerus and impact tenacity of metalarsal bone could be acquired. All data were processed with computer. The effects of Sul and Mo poisoning on the mechanical properties of sheep bone were discussed both quantitatively and qualitatively.
