弹簧钢盘条脱碳研究

摘    要:为解决盘条表面出现铁素体全脱碳层使弹簧的疲劳极限降低50%的问题,根据盘条脱碳机制进行试验研究,结果显示:控制盘条中碳和硅含量,同时添加Cr,B,Se等元素,当炉内气氛中氧质量分数小于3%时,可以减轻脱碳层厚度,这一结论在青钢得到证实;宝钢在试验中得出弹簧钢总脱碳层厚度随加热温度的升高、加热时间的延长而增加的变化规律。冷却工艺中随着吐丝温度的提高和冷却速度的降低,盘条表面脱碳层厚度增加;当涂料成分控制在w(SiC)为5%~10%,w(SiO2)为30%~35%,w(Al2O3)为15%~25%时,可达到盘条无全脱碳层,总脱碳层厚度为0.05~0.06mm的效果。

Abstract:Fatigue limit of spring will be reduced 50% when there is ferrite complete decarburization in the wire rod surface. Experiment and research were made according to the mechanism of wire rod decarburization. The results show that decarburization can be reduced by adding Cr,B,Se when the content of C and Si in the wire rod was controlled and the oxide msss fraction in the atmosphere in furnace is less than 3%.
