| Abstract: | This paper gives some formulas for TOA difference location system, analyzes the accuracy of 2D target location and provides the optimal distribution principle by derivation. It continues to provide an optimal distribution, the inverted T distribution, for 3D target location, then compares the accuracy of this distribution with that of inverted Y distribution. Finally an optimal distribution principle for 3D target location is given. |
