| 摘 要： | 我国煤矿生产形势不容乐观,矿难频发,形势严峻,如何从根本上提高安全管理水平,改善煤矿安全生产状况,已成为目前亟待解决的问题。论文在对我国煤矿生产、管理现状分析的基础上,阐述了煤炭企业安全文化体系的构成,并对煤矿安全文化向安全管理的渗透作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The status of safety production in our country is not very optimistic.There are especially more accidents in coal mine production,the form is very austere.It is a imperative problem that how to reinforce the coal mine production efficiently and improve coal mine safety situation so that the level of coal mine safety management can be improved ultimately.This essay is on the base of the analysis of the coal mine production and safety management.It expatiate the safety culture system and we give the ponder and discuss based on the system. |
