煤、电企业利益分配及社会福利研究

为缓解我国的煤电紧张关系，国内学者对我国的煤电关系进行了大量的理论和实证研究。从市场势力的角度构建了理论模型，通过四种不同的市场结构对我国的煤、电企业的利益分配以及社会福利损失进行了研究。理论模型证明只有当煤炭企业和电力企业都实行市场化竞争时才能实现市场均衡，社会福利才能得到最优配置，最后提出了相关建议。

The Study on Benefits Distribution and Social Welfare between Coal Enterprises and Electric Power Enterprises

To relieve the strain relationship between Chi- na＇s coal enterprises and electric power enterprises, domestic scholars have a lot of theoretical and empirical studies on the relationship between China＇s coal enterprises and electric power enterprises. This paper from the point of market forces to build a theoretical model to study the benefits distribution and social welfare of China＇s coal enterprises and power enterprises through four different market structures. The study fmds that on- ly when the coal enterprises and electric power enterprises are competitive enterprises can realize the equilibrium in the mar- ket, and to get the optimal allocation of social welfare. Finally, policy recommendations are offered according to the analysis of this study.
