国有建筑企业人才流失的原因及对策

摘    要:针对国有建筑企业人才流失问题 ,分析了人才流失的原因 ,包括外部环境因素和企业自身存在的问题。提出国有建筑企业面对人才流失应采取改革传统用人制度 ,建立健全人才培养、选拔和激励机制及创造良好条件等对策。

Abstract:According to the talented personnel loss in state owned construction enterprises the reasons of this phenomenon are analyzed, which contain external causes and self-reasons of enterprises. Author points out that state owned construction enterprises should reform traditional system in personnel using, build excitation mechanism and create good condition to prevent talented personnel loss.
