| 摘 要： | BOM作为制造业中的核心数据,其数据结构的设计直接关系到MRPII系统的运行状态和执行效率。结合企业实际以及现代制造业中BOM的功能、特点,提出了BOM的实现模型以及算法,可方便地得出任何成品及半成品的产品结构和所需的原物料,通过合理的设计,也为委外工序和成本核算的实现奠定了基础。依据该模型设计的系统,已经在制造企业中应用,并取得了良好的运行效果。
