摘    要:研究应用X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中TFe、P、SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、V2O5、TiO2、MgO、TMn。通过选择合适的制样条件,确定仪器最佳参数,最后建立工作鼎线。经过实验证明,本法快速、准确,能很好地对铁矿石进行测定,不仅大大缩短了分析时间、提高了工作效率,而且降低了劳动强度。

Abstract:The determination of TFe, P, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, V2O5, TiO2, MgO, TMn in iron ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was carried out. After choosing the appropriate condition for sample preparation and confirming the best parameters of instrument, the working curves had been constructed. It was proved by test that this was a quick, accurate and satisfactory method, which can shorten the analysis time obviously, improve the working efficiency and decrease the labor intensity.
