摘    要:利用Taguchi试验设计法,以成型过程中的保压压力、保压时间、注射时间、熔体温度、模具温度5个工艺参数作为影响因素,设计了L27试验矩阵进行CAE仿真实验.以减小透镜注塑件翘曲变形为目标,通过计算信噪比,获得了最优工艺参数组合,为下一步工艺设计提供计算和实验依据.

Abstract:An optimization method of Taguchi experimental design was used to optimize the processing parameters to minimize the warpage of the TIR (total internal reflection) primary lens of the photovoltaic concentrator module.
