生物组织高对比度的快速光声层析成像

摘    要:为了得到高对比度的快速光声层析成像,采用甘油增加组织的透明度,结合多元相控技术的成像方法,获得了活体动物不同直径血管的光声重建图像.成像系统的横向分辨率为0.5mm,光声采集成像时间为5s.实验结果表明,该成像方法与现有的方法比较,具有成像对比度高、快速方便等特点,并有望成为一种组织功能在体成像的新方法.

Abstract:In order to attain high-contrast and fast noninvasive photoacoustic image,the multi-element phase-controlled technique was combined with the method of increasing the diaphaneity of the tissues with glycerin.The photoacoustic images of animal blood vessels of different diameters were obtained.The lateral resolution of the system was 0.5mm,and the whole photoacoustic imaging time was less than 5s.The methodology and equipment turn out that this new technique of imaging features high contrast,high speed and co...
