配用加拿大煤炼焦的研究和实践

为优化焦炭质量,扩大炼焦煤资源,对加拿大煤进行了单种煤炼焦试验和配煤炼焦试验,通过不同级别的试验,优选出最佳配煤方案并运用于生产中。研究发现:该加拿大煤稳定性好,配加10%可在保持焦炭强度不变的前提下,部分替代优质主焦煤,并有效降低焦炭灰分、硫分。

Research and Practice of Coking with Canadian Coal Blend

To improve coke quality and expand the scope of coking coal resources, Canadian coal was used for a coking test in order to find the best and most economical way of coking. The test result showed that this kind of Canadian coal had a good stability, and with 10% blend, the coke strength can be kept unchanged and part of the high-quality coking coal could be substituted, and on top of that, the ash and sulfur contents in the coke could be effectively reduced.
