摘    要:研究了反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)不N用量对TPI/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶物理机械性能和动态性能的影响,并对TPI/NR并用胶进行配方优化。结果表明,TPI与NR并用比为15/85时,混炼胶胶片光滑,硫化胶在保持基本配方物理机械性能的基础上,压缩生热性能明显提高,伸张疲劳系数有所提高;经优化配方后,TPI/NR混炼胶的粘合强度提高,硬度适中,利于后续半成品的加工,且硫化胶具有低生热性,滚动阻力降低,是一种较为理想的全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶配合。

Abstract:The effects of the different TPI contents on physical mechanical properties, dynamic properties of TPI/NR vucanizates were investigated, and the basis recipe was optimized. The experi- mental data showed that the surface of TPI/NR(15/85) blend was smooth. On the basis of keeping physical mechanical properties,TPI/NR(15/85) blend had lower compression heat build-up and better coefficient of fatigue. TPI/NR blend had better adhesive strength,moderate hardness with majorized recipe,and convenient for manufacture technology of semi-product. Otherwise, it had excellent low heat build-up and good rolling resistance. It was an ideal material for the shoulder wedge compounding of all-steel radial tyre.
