摘    要:
GWCY-2超声波管外测压仪是用来解决液压系统压力测试问题的一种新型仪器,它能从管外直接测量出管内油液压力,对原有系统无任何影响。本文简要地回顾了压力的管外测试方法,并加以改进得出测压数学模型,着重论述了该仪器的电路设计,工作原理以及设计中关键问题的处理技巧等,最后给出了该仪器的性能指标,并得了结论。

Abstract:
The instrument which this paper introduces is a new one for solving the problem of measuring oil pressure in hydraulic system. First,the hasic principle of measuring oil pressure outside pipe and its mathematical model is developed; then, the design of circuit, the working principle and the processing technique of the key problems are discussed in detail; finally, the main technical parameters are presented and the conclusions are drawn.
