麻疯树Curcin蛋白农药和医用生物活性研究进展

摘    要:简述了近年来麻疯树核糖体失活蛋白Curcin在国内外农药和医药生物活性研究方面的进展,主要包括麻疯树核糖体失活蛋白的理化性质、结构、毒性、作用机理、提取纯化、基因克隆与表达、生物活性、防治应用概括,并对它的发展趋势和应用前景进行展望。

Abstract:This paper reviews research progress over recent years in both China and other countries on the pesticidal and medicinal activity of Curcin of Jatropha curcas. The article discusses the physical and chemical properties of Curcin, structure, toxicity and toxic mechanism, extraction method, cloning and expression, biological activity and use application, and comments on trends for future development and prospects for future use.
