矿井回风换热器换热性能影响因素的仿真及实验研究

摘    要:为研究制热/制冷、逆喷/顺喷、液滴平均直径3个因素对矿井回风换热器换热性能的影响规律,利用CFD仿真软件FLUENT对矿井回风/液滴两相流进行了3D仿真。根据边界条件不同,共仿真了制热和制冷、逆喷和顺喷、液滴平均直径分别为0.10,0.15和0.20 cm等12种工况,得出了各种工况下液滴温度变化情况,并利用工程实践运行结果和实验对部分仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明:制冷、顺喷、小液滴工况下获得的液滴温度变化大于制热、逆喷、大液滴工况下获得的液滴温差,从而说明制冷、顺喷、小液滴3种工况下回风换热器的换热性能更好。

Simulative and experimental study on impact factors on heat transfer performance of mine return air heat exchanger
Abstract:In order to find the impact of three factors:heating/cooling,counter flow/parallel flow,and water droplets mean diameter on the heat transfer performance of mine return air heat exchanger,CFD simulation software package FLUENT was employed to simulate two-phase flow of mine return air and water droplets in 3D space.Due to different boundary conditions,a total of 12 conditions were simulated:heating and cooling modes,counter and parallel flow configurations and three different water droplets mean diameters including 0.10,0.15 and 0.20 cm.The changes in water droplets temperature in all conditions were worked out,and some simulation results were verified by engineering practices and experiments.The results show that the changes in drop’s temperature in the conditions of cooling,parallel flow,and smaller drops are bigger than the ones of heating,counter flow,and bigger drops.Therefore,mine return air heat exchanger has higher heat exchanging performance in the cases of cooling,parallel flow,and smaller drops.
