摘    要:将模糊数学相关理论和故障树分析方法相结合,提出了一种基于模糊故障树理论的故障诊断方法。以高速挖柴油发动机系统为研究对象,建立该系统的故障树模型,运用模糊故障树分析法对该系统进行故障诊断推理和搜索算法研究。研究结果表明,该方法切实可行,经相关改造,也可用于工程机械其它系统的故障诊断。

Abstract:Combining relative theory of fuzzy mathematics with fault tree analysis method, a fault diagnosis based on fuzzy fault tree theory was brought forward. Taking high - speed excavator engine system as a research object, a fault tree model of this system was established. Through applying the fuzzy fault tree analysis to the engine system, studied the fault diagnosis reasoning and search algorithm. The research result justified this method, and it can also be applied in fault diagnosis of construction machine's other system after corresponding refit.
