摘    要:针对液压支架缸体内孔加工的特点,提出采用先进的少无切屑加工工艺手段,并详细给出了切合实际的推镗滚压复合加工工艺方案,极大地提高了缸体内孔加工的表面质量、尺寸精度和生产效率。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic on machining internal-hole of the cylinder body in the hydraulic pressure support,an advanced chipless machining measure is put out,and the mulriple maching project on the bore and rolling is brought forward.It can be increased the skin quality,the measure precision and the procreative efficiency on machining in-hole of the cylinder body.
