| 摘 要： | 用POY、FDY一体联合试验机纺制FDY,讨论了纺丝工艺条件对FDY的影响,通过调整工艺参数来优化FDY的质量,本次试纺的工艺条件:纺丝温度290℃左右,侧吹风风速约0.48 m/s,风温23℃左右,卷绕速度为4 050 m/min,可纺出质量优良的FDY.

| Abstract: | In this paper,polyester FDY is spun using POY and FDY joint testing machine.We discussed the influence of spinning conditions on FDY and optimized the quality of FDY by adjusting process parameters.In this test spinning,under the following process conditions: spinning temperature at 290 ℃ or so,the air velocity around in the 0.48 m/s,air temperature at 23 ℃or so,and winding speed of about at 4050 m/min,FDY with good quality can be produced. |
