摘    要:文章阐述了低温制氮技术的原理以及其中存在氧含量过高的问题及处理措施。针对造成氧含量超标的不同起因,提出了三个具体的处理措施:(1)提高膨胀机转速,增加系统冷量;(2)开大液氮回流阀,提高回流比;(3)降低冷凝蒸发器压力。较为有效的解决了氧含量超标的问题。

Abstract:In the paper,the formation mechanism,harm and preventive measures of natural gas hydrate,were discussed.Three effective methods to prevent natural gas hydrate from freezing and block in cryogenic facility were put forward.(1)Removal of water in natural gas;(2)Addition of chemical inhibitor to natural gas;(3)High-temperature drying of raw natural gas.It proved that these methods were very useful for production of natural gas in high pressure.
