电子防腐在太阳能热水器中的应用设计

摘    要:该文主要介绍了电子防腐技术在太阳能热水器搪瓷内胆防腐保护设计中的应用。电子防腐系统由辅助电子阳极和电子防腐控制器组成,该文分别阐述了系统功能的原理、辅助电子阳极设计的选材方案以及电子防腐控制器中核心的恒电位输出电路设计原理。最后通过对比实验的检验,实验数据结果表明了该方法对于内胆防腐蚀保护具有很好的可行性。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduced the application of electronic anti-corrosion technology in the anti-corrosion protection design of solar water heater Enamel liner. The electronic anticorrosion system is composed of the assistant electronic anode and the electronic anti- corrosion controller. In separately this article elaborates the system function principle, the selection plan of assistant electronic anode design as well as the design principle of the core permanent electric potential output circuit in electronic anti-corrosion controller. Finally through opposite experiment's examination, the empirical data result has indicated this method has the very good feasibility regarding in Enamel liner corrosion preventing protection.
