摘    要:针对气辅注射成型模流技术在应用中遇到的耗时、实验结果仅限于特定条件等问题,提出了一种软计算方法的解决方案。文中重点研究了软计算方法中代理模型的建立。代理模型经过初步试验及改进之后,能较好地反映原模型的气体穿透情况。由此,在一定程度上克服了气辅注射成型仿真技术中制品外型的限制,从而拓展了软计算在气辅成型工艺参数优化中的应用性。图11表3参12

Abstract:In order to improve the universal problems such as time-consuming and experimental results restricted to specified conditions in gas-assisted injection molding simulation technology, this paper put forward a solution with soft computing method, and put stress on study the establishment of agent model. After preliminary experiments and improvment in agent model,it can better reflect original model′s gas penetration. Therefore the restriction of the model shape was overcome to a certain extent,and widen the application of the soft computing in the gas-assisted injection molding processing parameters optimization.Ch,11 fig.3 tab.12 ref.]
