基于Nastran的立式电机定子的振动仿真研究

摘    要:采用Pro/E软件建立电机定子虚拟样机模型,利用有限元方法进行了电机定子的运动学仿真和静力仿真,得到了定子地脚螺栓的力学状态、系统的多阶固有振动频率、振型以及应力、位移等参数值。根据仿真结果,分析了定子的危险位置和振型。同时对不同铁心长度的电机定子作结构对比分析,获得电机定子长度的可行性度设计参数区间。仿真结果对振动实验和定子结构优化具有指导意义。

Abstract:The model of virtual prototype of motor stator was established by means of Pro/E software while the dynamic and static kinematics simulation on the stator of the motor was implemented by the FEM.Thus,data such as the mechanical status of footing threads of the stator,fixed multi-steps frequency of vibration,stress and vibration mode and displacement were gained.The dangerous position and vibration mode of the stator were analyzed according to the simulation results while the structural comparison under different stator length was carried out, so as to achieve the feasible data zone to design the stator length.The simulation result is of great value to instruct the vibration experiment and optimization of the stator structure.
