瓮福磷尾矿热分解过程研究

摘    要:磷尾矿主要来自选矿提取磷精矿以后剩下的尾矿渣,属工业固体废弃物,长期未得到有效的处理和利用,严重污染了环境,并浪费了资源。磷尾矿的主要成分为白云石。通过对磷尾矿的热分解研究,确定了分离得到MgO和CaO的最佳工艺条件:样品在不同温度下煅烧不同时间,测得尾矿完全热分解温度为950±10℃,温度变化区间为920~950℃;通过产物活性测定、碳化法得出分离MgO和CaO的最佳热工温度为800℃,最佳煅烧时间为5 h。

Abstract:Phosphorus tailing mainly comes from the rest of the mineral extraction concentratelater slag,it belongs to the tail of industrial waste solid waste.And the environmental would be hamed and the natural resources would be wasted if processing and utilization of phosphorus tailing is not optimistic.The thermal research separation magnesia and optimum separation conditions of CaO and MgO of the phosphorus tailing were determined.When the first samples at different temperatures calcined different time,the completely thermal decomposition temperature should be 950±10 ℃,the temperature range was 920~950 ℃.The best conditions to divide CaO and MgO were the temperature of 800 ℃ and the decomposition time of 5 h through testing the product activity and carbonization method.
