摘    要:本文从降低氧化球团的膨润土用量出发,进行中膨润土 ,有机粘结剂和有机=无机复合粘结剂的造球性能试验,从结剂与精矿粉的混合效果,成品球的质量和成本综合考虑,氧化球团采用复合粘结剂是最佳选择。

Abstract:Aimed at decreasing the addition amount of bentonite in oxide pellet produc-tion process, the pelletizability of some kinds of bentonite, organic binder and organic/inor-ganic complex binder were tested. With respect to the mixing efficiency of binder with ironore concentrates, product pellets quality and its' cost, using complex binder as oxide pelletsbinder is optimum selection.
