基于ERP系统的设备资产全寿命周期检修管理模式设计

针对内蒙古电力公司传统设备检修管理模式存在的电网承受压力大、检修人员工作强度大、资金利用率低等问题,基于ERP系统构建设备检修管理模型,采用设备资产的全寿命周期管理模式,提出以工单管理为核心,通过与项目管理、物资管理、财务管理、资产管理和生产管理系统集成的方式,实现设备检修项目、检修计划、检修执行和检修成本的流程化管理,在基础管理、业务管理和决策支持层面实现其管理职能,解决传统管理方式中存在的问题,提高部门协作效率和业务规范化程度,实现设备资产的全寿命周期管理.

Equipment Life-cycle Asset Maintenance Management Model Based on ERP System

The author adopted the equipment asset full life cycle management model,which is based on ERP system construction equipment maintenance management model,to solve the problems faced by Inner Mongolian Power(group) Company,where the grids withstand too much pressure,maintenance staffs work overload,and funds are not efficiently utilized.With order management as its core,the model can standardize the management by means of integrating the system of project management,material management,et al.Not only the model can realize the managerial function and solve problems existing under traditional management,but also can promote the efficiency of coordination and realize the full life cycle management of equipment assets.
