内蒙古电力广域测量系统的结构及功能分析

摘    要:介绍了蒙西电网广域测量系统(以下简称WAMS)的发展概况及WAMS主站、子站的结构和功能。WAMS采用同步相量测量技术,通过逐步布局全网关键测点的同步相量测量单元(以下简称PMU),实现对全网同步相量及电网主要数据的实时高速率采集,其中WAMS主站由前置通信子系统、实时库子系统、历史库子系统、实时显示界面子系统、历史数据界面子系统、高级应用子系统等9个子系统构成,WAMS的应用,可实现对全网的动态过程监测,为控制中心主站实现全网的在线动态安全稳定分析提供足够的数据来源。

Abstract:Status and prospects of wide area measurement system(be hereafter referred to as WAMS) in West Inner Mongolia Electric Power System,structure and function of WAMS master station and sub-station are introduced.Synchronous phasor measuring technique has been adopted in WAMS.To realize whole network synchronized phasor measurement and real time high rate data acquisition to main data of power grid,through distribution of phasor measurement unit(be hereafter referred to as PMU) at whole network pivotal measuring point,in which,master station of WAMS is composed by 9 subsystems as,prepositive communication subsystem,real time database subsystem,historical library subsystem,real time display interface subsystem,historical data interface subsystem and professional application subsystem.With application of WAMS,whole network dynamic procedure monitoring will be realized,providing sufficient data source to control center master station so as to implement whole network on-line dynamic safety and sable assessment.
