高精度珩磨机床控制系统设计

摘    要:文章介绍了目前国内外珩磨设备的研究背景;根据珩磨机床加工工艺原理和控制要求,基于可编程控制(PLC)技术,进行珩磨机床控制系统设计;介绍了系统PLC主控制器I/O端口设计,系统硬件组成和系统软件中主程序及自动加工子程序设计;通过现场加工表明:该系统性能稳定,可靠性强,加工效率高,所加工的零件质量达到国外高精度珩磨机床对加工同类零件的质量要求.

Abstract:The current research background of honing machine is introduced. According to the process principle and the control requirements for honing machine, the honing machine control system is designed based on PLC technology. The I/O design of PLC controller, the hardware configuration and the main routine and auto-machining subroutine of software program are presented, Field practices indicate that the control system has steady capability, better reliability, high work efficiency, and the qualities of machined parts have reached requirements of that processed by using foreign high-precision honing machine.
