涡轮钻具涡轮节模块化设计方法研究

摘    要:针对面向现场应用的模块化设计方案特点.以模块化设计理论为基础,按总体功能将涡轮钻具涡轮节分解成一些具有特定功能的模块。介绍了模块卡片包含的内容和如何构造,最后形成模块库,实现了涡轮钻具涡轮节的设计数据多领域知识表达和产品结构模型的统一表达。建立了基于知识的模块化设计模型,给出涡轮节模块化设计的流程。

Abstract:In consideration of the characteristics of field-orientated modularized design scheme, the turbine sections in the turbodrill are divided into particular functional modules according to integral functions based on the modularized design theory, the contents and ways of creating the modularized cards are introduced and finally the module card database is established. The multi-phase knowledge expression of the turbine section design data and unified expression of its product structural model are realized. A model of knowledge based modularized design is established, and flow chart of the modularized design is given as well.
