摘    要:以丙醛、苯肼为原料加热脱水得丙醛苯腙,在氯化锌催化作用下脱氨得3-甲基吲哚。采用分子蒸馏技术来提纯3-甲基吲哚,克服了挥发度小、热敏性强,用普通蒸馏、重结晶分离效果差的缺陷。结果显示,产品外观色泽好、纯度达99.0%以上,蒸馏总收率为32.3%

Abstract:Propionaldehyde phenylhydrazone was synthesized from propionaldehyd e and phenyhydrazine through with thermal dehydration, which was de- amined over zinc chloride to get 3- methylindole . Molecular distillation, which was used to purify 3- methylindole, overcame ma ny disadvantages, such as low volatilization, strong thermal sensitivity, and ba d results by normal distillation and crystallization. New methods showed that th e product had a good color, purity had reached over 99.0% . Total distillation yield reached 32.3% .
