| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO，国外先进的检测机构必将大量进入国内，对于长期处于保护状态的国内检测单位，带来的是前所未有的冲击。建设工程质量检测行业正面临着重大转变，文章通过分析建设工程质量检测行业的现状，找出行业发展中存在的问题以及面临的挑战，并对行业发展的对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Along with China's entry of WTO, foreign advanced detection organizations must enter into our country in large quantities, and this will bring unavoidable challenges to domestic detection units who have long been under protection. construction project quality detection profession is facing enormous changeover. Through the analysis construction present situation of project quality detection profession, the paper analyzes the problems existing in profession development as well as the facing challenges and the countermeasures can be taken. |
