摘    要:钢质埋地管道的管道质量和防腐层质量的好坏决定了埋地管道系统的安全性和使用寿命,但在对管道质量的评价过程中却发现,许多参数都具有模糊不确定性。为此,通过对某市液化气埋地钢质管道的防腐层和钢管质量检测,采用模糊综合评价的方法分析了埋地管道的质量状况:在防腐层质量好坏评价过程中,选取了防腐层外观质量、防腐层厚度以及防腐层的漏电性能作为评价因素集;在钢管质量评价过程中,选取了钢管外观、焊缝外观、管道壁厚、缺陷种类及尺寸、管道材料作为评价因素集。在分析比较的基础上,给出了各因素等级的划分方法,同时采用层次分析法确定了各因素的权重。通过分析发现两级模糊评价方法既可以考虑单因素对评价结果的影响,也可以考虑各因素对评价结果的不同的贡献;用模糊语言来表达在役埋地管道的质量是一种有效的方法。

Abstract:The safety and lifetime of buried pipeline system is determined by the quality of steel pipes and corrosion coating. But in the evaluation process of pipeline quality, it is found many parameters are fuzzy uncertain. By quality inspection of steel pipes and corrosion coating of LPG buried pipelines in someone city, the quality status of the buried pipelines is analyzed with fuzzy integrated evaluation method. In the evaluation of corrosion coating quality, the coating appearance quality, the coating thickness, and the coating insulating property are selected as the evaluation factors. In the evaluation of steel pipe quality, the pipe appearance, the weld appearance, the pipe wall thickness, the defect types and sizes, and the pipe materials are selected as the evaluation factors. With analysis and comparison, the grade-dividing method of all the factors is obtained. And the weights of all the factors are derived by the analytic hierarchy process approach. It is found by analysis the two-grade fuzzy evaluation method can consider not only the effect of a single factor on the evaluation result but also the contribution of different factors on the evaluation result. It is concluded that the fuzzy language is an effective method to express the quality of buried pipelines.
